  1. Definitions

1.1. In this document, the following capitalized terms shall have, unless the context otherwise requires, the meanings specified below:

SITE: represents the Internet SITE belonging to DAZE PROGRESS SRL, located at danielazarnescu.com, through which the USER has access to information regarding the services and products offered/provided by DAZE PROGRESS SRL.

DAZE PROGRESS SRL: represents society DAZE PROGRESS SRL, based in Campineanca str. Prundului no.20, Vrancea county, Romania, înregistered with the Trade Register under no. J39/980/2019 and having the Unique Registration Code 41678214.

USER: represents the person who accesses the SITE, for private or professional purposes and who has accepted the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of this SITE.

ABUSE: represents the use of the SITE in a manner contrary to practice in the field, regulations and legislation in force or in any other manner that may cause harm to DAZE PROGRESS SRL.

  1. Site content

2.1. The information published on the SITE is information of general interest about the products sold by DAZE PROGRESS SRL, its partners and other information considered by DAZE PROGRESS SRL to be of interest to USERS.

2.2. The information is made available to USERS as a rule, free of charge. DAZE PROGRESS SRL reserves the right to implement certain services on the SITE that will be offered to USERS for a fee.

2.3. DAZE PROGRESS SRL is the owner of all intellectual property rights over the SITE, namely over its design and content. The USER is obliged to respect all intellectual property rights of DAZE PROGRESS SRL, as provided for by the legislation in force.

3.1. THE USER undertakes to access and use the SITE for purposes and by means that do not constitute abusive use.

4.1. Liability for the content of the SITE.

DAZE PROGRESS SRL is not and cannot be held responsible for damages caused by errors, inaccuracies or non-update of information published or maintained on the SITE, which is not due to its fault.

4.2. If prices or other details regarding products/promotions have been displayed incorrectly, including due to the fact that they have been incorrectly entered into the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer by phone/e-mail as soon as possible, about the error that has occurred, if the product has not yet been delivered.

4.3. The characteristics of the products presented on the SITE are taken over / made available by the manufacturers and / suppliers and DAZE PROGRESS SRL do not assume responsibility for the correctness of this information.

4.4. The prices of the products on this SITE are informative and may undergo unannounced changes. The promotions presented on the SITE are valid during the specified time period. If no time period is mentioned, they are valid within the limits of available stocks.

4.5. Also, the images are presented on the SITE as an example, and the products delivered may differ from the images in any way, due to changes in characteristics and / or design without prior notification by the manufacturers.

4.6. DAZE PROGRESS SRL reserves the right to complete and modify any information on the SITE.

4.7. Any problem caused by the products and/or services presented on the SITE will be resolved amicably within 15 working days from the date of the written notification of the problems by the USER.

4.8. DAZE PROGRESS SRL is not responsible for any loss, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if they are directly caused by failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions. DAZE PROGRESS SRL is not responsible for damages created as a result of the Site not functioning as well as for those resulting from the impossibility of accessing certain links published on the Site.

  1. Using the Internet Browser.

DAZE PROGRESS SRL guarantees optimal use of the Site by using Internet Explorer 6 as a minimum.

  1. Accessing the SITE

This implies the USERS’ acceptance that their personal data will be stored and processed by DAZE PROGRESS SRL. The purposes of processing this data are: creating a database for the preparation of statistical reports, informing about the promotions of the DAZE PROGRESS SRL store network or about any other promotions or activities carried out by DAZE PROGRESS SRL by any means of communication (post, e-mail, telephone, SMS, etc.). Upon the written request of users, dated and signed, sent to the address, DAZE PROGRESS SRL undertakes to:

confirm to the applicants whether or not it processes personal data; this is done free of charge, once a year; rectify, update, block, delete or transform into anonymous data, free of charge, data whose processing does not comply with the provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data; transmit to the user the personal data concerning him or her and which he or she has provided to DAZE PROGRESS SRL in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format for the purpose of transmitting them to another operator; cease processing the user’s personal data, if the user so requests.
