- If necessary, the Beneficiary may contact the Provider by phone – exclusively for professional conversations and during the hours of 9:00-20:00, outside the schedule dedicated to sessions. If a conversation does not exceed 5 minutes, it is considered a bonus offered by the Provider; if it exceeds 5 minutes, the Beneficiary will pay for the entire duration of the conversation, at a price calculated per minute, according to chapter 4 of the Terms and Conditions of the coaching sessions.
4. PRICE, TERMS AND PAYMENT METHODS
- The price agreed by the Parties for each session established under the Terms and Conditions of the coaching sessions is 100 euros (the payment is made in RON at the NBR exchange rate on the day of invoicing). - Failure to pay the price when due, according to the established due dates, entitles the Provider to charge late payment penalties of 1% of the due and unpaid amount, for each day of delay starting from the due date and until the payment date.
- For the additional time provided above in chap. 2, art. (2) and for the telephone conversations provided above in chap. 3, art. (4) the Beneficiary will pay 1,11 euro / minute.
